Ready, Set, Go! is dedicated to nurturing children’s innate curiosity and joy in learning. Our beautiful classroom, inspired by the design tenets of the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education, is a warm and welcoming home base for both sessions.
We employ an emergent curriculum that is based in play, creating activities according to the children’s interests, making classroom experiences dynamic and meaningful. Children also learn, play, and explore in our art studio, gym, roof, “indoor playground,” as well as on selected trips around the neighborhood. Block building, sensory play, science, and story time activities are key components of our program.
A high instructor to student ratio means a nurturing environment where activities are differentiated for each child. We further children’s growing sense of independence and creativity with open ended materials that challenge them to become innovators of their play and to develop their imaginations.
We take a maximum of 14 children in each session of Ready, Set, Go! to ensure a nurturing environment for your child. Children must be potty-trained to participate in Ready, Set, Go! Priority registration is given to currently enrolled Ready, Set, Go!, On My Own, and Friends2gether families as well as siblings of current enrollees, and after that, admission is on a first come, first served basis. Registration is ongoing until the program is full.
